• Added writeDebug function in eZDebug which can be used for temporary debug messages, writeNotice should be reserved for debug messages which are permament (but can be disabled). For instance eZINI has notices on which files it loads if debug is enabled for it.

eZ sys

• Added function for setting/getting server and environment variables. They are prefered over accessing variables directly, this also makes sure Exponential 3 works with register_globals off.

eZ ini

• Comments are no longer required to start at the start of the line (requires double markers ##)
